Who we are

What we collect, and why

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to enter in the appraisal enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, a message, and a preferred contact time. It is collected for one purpose — so Alexander can respond to your enquiry and discuss your property.

You will not be added to a mailing list, and your details are not used for marketing.

Where your information goes

Form submissions are delivered as an email to Alexander’s inbox and handled like ordinary business correspondence. This site keeps no database of enquiries. Delivery is performed by Resend, an email delivery provider, which processes the message content in order to deliver it.

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It may be shared within Sydney Sotheby's International Realty where that is necessary to respond to your enquiry.

Technical information

To limit automated abuse of the enquiry form, the site checks the network address a submission comes from and holds it briefly in memory. It is not written to a database or used to identify you. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask at any time what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing alexander.smith@sydneysir.com.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are not satisfied with how a privacy concern has been handled, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
